The Office of University Events & Ceremonies at York University works to advance the reputation of the University through strategic and coordinated stakeholder relations, special events, and visitor relations.
Our team manages York's institutional events, special projects, and annual convocation ceremonies. By way of these events, the Office cultivates and provides stewardship to York's primary constituents, including alumni, donors, faculty, staff, students, and the public.
In addition to managing events, we also provide guidance, protocol advice, and event logistical support for the President's Office, the Division of Advancement, faculties, and outside organizations hosted on any of our 3 campuses (i.e. Keele, Glendon, Markham).
